Delivery Address
To avoid delivery issues, please enter your COMPLETE shipping address.
Be sure to include:
・Apartment/suite/room number, etc. if applicable
・City
・State
The following destinations are NOT accepted delivery locations:
・P.O. boxes
・Open parcel lockers
・Locations where the person to whom the item is addressed cannot receive it directly

We are unable to offer compensation for lost packages or those discarded due to any issues related to the shipping address. Please make sure to check the shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Import Restrictions
Items containing animal products (e.g. instant noodles) may be refused entry by customs if inspected.
If your package is refused entry by customs, you should receive a notice from them. In that case, please contact Customer Support from the Contact Us form on My Page. Please upload a copy of the notice from customs for our confirmation.
