The payment failed but why was I still charged by my credit card company?

Rest assured if no successful order was placed, no funds will be collected by us.
Even though the payment may have failed, the amount may still be shown on your credit card or account. It may take some time for your payment company to cancel the transaction. We advise waiting until the closing date of your account to confirm the final charge.
