How to Verify
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
- Click on the link that is included in the verification email. This will complete the verification process.
*Note: The verification URL link expires in 60 minutes.
If Verification Fails
If you can't verify your email address, here are some possible reasons:
- You have tried to verify your email address from a different browser or device than the one used for verification.
- The verification link has since expired.
- You have tried to verify the email address multiple times and the link you opened may not be the latest one.
*You can still place orders and make inquiries even if your email address is not verified.
How to Resend the Verification Email
To resend the verification email, update your email address using the steps below. You may enter the same email address that is registered.
- Enter the address to which you want to resend the verification email in the Email address field on My Page.
- Click the ""Change"" button. When the next page appears, you do not need to do anything, just wait for the verification email.
- You will then receive the verification email so follow the link that is included.
