◆How to Confirm Your Order

Please be sure to check your order details for any errors using the following methods.

Check on your My Page

After logging into your account, access your My Page and check your order history at Order History.

Confirmation Email

After placing an order from our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check the contents of this email is correct.


◆Change or Cancel an Order

About Changes

  • We cannot accept changes to product or delivery addresses (shipping country/region, address, etc.) after an order has been placed.
    If you need to make changes, please cancel your order and then place a new one with the correct details.

When Cancellations Are Not Accepted

  • If the order status is [Preparing for Dispatch] or [Dispatched], the period to cancel has already passed and you will no longer be able to cancel the order.**Thank you for your understanding.

[How to Cancel Yourself]

*You can only cancel your order yourself if the shipping status is still under "Order Received." **

  1. Log in to your My Page and click Order History from the menu.
  2. Open the relevant order number to view the order.
  3. If the status is "Order Received," the Cancel button will be clickable on the screen.
    Select the button to cancel the order.

◆Notes

  • Once the cancellation is complete, your refund will be processed automatically. The refund method varies depending on your payment method, so please see the related page below for details.
