AFTEE Payment Procedures

An invoice will be sent to you via SMS message 1~2 days after the product has been dispatched. Please make your payment at a convenience store or make a bank transfer through an ATM within the payment deadline.

Non-AFTEE Members

Within 14 days of the day after you receive the claim notice.

AFTEE Members

Within 45 days of the day after you receive your billing information.

Please Note:

  • If you fail to pay by the payment due date, a late fee of 16% per annum will be charged, so please pay as soon as possible.
  • After the payment deadline date, you can still process your payment via SMS message or AFTEE APP, so please pay as soon as possible.
  • If you do not receive your AFTEE billing notification or have lost it, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can reissue it.
