DOKODEMO Points are Points that can be redeemed for future payments, with 1 Point=1 JPY.
DOKODEMO Points include Regular Points and Limited-Time Points.
Regular Points
Points earned from purchasing products on DOKODEMO are called Regular Points.
(1) Point award rate: 1% of merchandise value
※ When Points/Coupons are applied, Points given are calculated based on the total merchandise amount after discount deduction.
(2) Timing of the Points awarded: after order has been dispatched
(3) Valid period: 360 days
※ The valid period of your Regular Points will be extended for another 360 days as long as an order is placed before their expiration.
Limited-Time Points
Points earned from promotional events are called Limited-Time Points.
Points earned from Bonus Points promotions will include Regular Points (1%) + Limited-Time Points.
(1) Points award rate, (2) timing of the Points awarded, and (3) valid period differ by promotion. Please confirm the details on the promotional event page.

- Expired DOKODEMO Points will no longer be available for making payment.
- DOKODEMO Points cannot be transferred to any other point rewards program.
- DOKODEMO Points cannot be converted to cash.
- DOKODEMO Points cannot be exchanged for points of any other company.
- The usage of DOKODEMO Points is limited to the account that earns them. Points earned are untransferable between DOKODEMO accounts.
