I have already paid but why is the order not shown in my order history?

If the order is not shown in your order history then the order has not been processed successfully.
The order may not have been successful for the following reasons:

  • The connection was not strong enough.
  • The screen was closed during the payment process.
  • There was a system error.

Please be assured that no payment will be taken if the order was not successfully processed. Please contact us if you think you have been charged.
