When will my order be dispatched or shipped?

Before placing an order:
You can check the estimated dispatch date and period from the shopping cart page at the time of checkout.
The estimated dispatch date will vary depending on the specific seller, so please check before ordering.

After placing an order:
You can check the estimated dispatch date and the shipping status of your order by going to your My Page> Order History> Order Details.

Shipping Status Stages:
・[Order Received]: The order has been placed.
・[Preparing for Dispatch]: The order has been confirmed by the seller and is preparing for shipment.
・[Dispatched]: The order has been dispatched.

※ Once dispatched you can track your order online by using the tracking number and links provided in the email confirmation you received.
