How do I find the product I want?
You can search for products by entering keywords into the search bar at the top of the page.
You can also find products through the menu options under the search bar such as "Category" and "Brand".
How do I make a purchase?
DOKODEMO offers a "One-stop Cross-Border E-Commerce Service," providing customers with the same ease and convenience as domestic online shopping.
Simply add your desired products to the cart and check out to have them smoothly delivered to your specified address.
There's no need to worry about the complex procedures or additional costs like proxy-buying. We minimize the hassle for you, offering a simple and efficient purchasing experience.
What are the payment methods available?
At DOKODEMO, you can safely use the following payment methods:
- Credit Card Payment (VISA / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club)
- PayPal Payment
- AFTEE Post-payment (via convenience store payment, ATM transfer, electronic payment, etc.)
Setting Shipping Country/Region, Language, and Currency
The currently set "Shipping Country/Region," "Language," and "Currency" are displayed at the top of the page.

What types of costs are there?
All products sold on DOKODEMO can be purchased at tax-free prices. Additionally, there are no domestic shipping fees or handling charges like those found with proxy-buying services.
There are only two necessary costs:
- Product price
- International shipping cost
*DOKODEMO uses Japanese Yen as the standard price, and displays local currency based on the exchange rate at the time. The final charge will be determined based on the exchange rate of the financial institution you use, so there may be slight differences from the displayed local currency price. Please note this.

How is international shipping calculated?
DOKODEMO offers four shipping methods from Japan Post: "EMS (Express Mail Service)," "Small Packet/AIR (Airmail)," "International Parcel/AIR (Airmail)," and "International Parcel/Surface." You can choose the most suitable shipping method for you.
Based on Japan Post's fee standards, the shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the package's weight, size, and the destination country/region.
After adding the product to the cart, you can check the international shipping cost on the shipping method selection screen.
How can I check the weight of the product?
The package weight of the product includes the weight of the product and the external packaging materials. It is displayed below the selling price on the product page.
The shipping weight is the combined weight of the product's package weight and the cardboard and packing materials used for shipping.
This is the weight used for calculating the shipping cost, and it will be automatically calculated when you select the shipping method.
How do I check the current exchange rate?
The exchange rate for the selected currency is displayed at the top of the page.

Can I save on shipping costs?
DOKODEMO calculates shipping costs based on Japan Post's regulations, considering the weight, size, and destination. You can save on shipping costs by following these methods:
- If you purchase products from different stores, you will be charged shipping fees for each store. We recommend buying all products from the same store.
- Some shipping methods may have high international shipping costs for lightweight packages, so it is advisable to keep the package weight around 1 kg.
- Regular shipping discount campaigns are held, so purchasing during the campaign period can be cost-effective.
Where can I check campaign information?
Information about advantageous campaigns is published on the DOKODEMO website.
We also deliver campaign information via member-exclusive newsletters and push notifications from the official app.
What are DOKODEMO points?
DOKODEMO points are points that can be earned by purchasing products.
This is a valuable point service where 1 point equals 1 Japanese Yen that can be used for shopping on DOKODEMO.

DOKODEMO Coupon is a coupon that offers discounts on the price of shop items, specific products, and shipping fees.

How do I check the delivery status?
You can check the delivery status by selecting the relevant order from "Order History" in "My Page". The order details will be displayed, and you can check the delivery status.
After the product is shipped, you can click on the displayed tracking number to check the detailed delivery status.
If you need support regarding your order, please contact us using the form at the bottom of the order details page.
When will the ordered products arrive?
Before placing your order, you can check the "Estimated Shipment Date" and "Estimated Delivery Date" on the shipping method selection page of the ordering process.
After placing the order, you can check these details in the order details.
Please contact us if any of the following situations occur:
- The order has not been dispatched for more than 3 days past the estimated shipment date.
- The delivery status has not been updated for more than a week.
- The package has been held at the local customs for more than a week.
Is there any warranty for the products?
DOKODEMO has a warranty service to ensure you can shop with peace of mind.

Can I cancel my order?
If the product has not yet started the shipping process, you can cancel it yourself from the order history in "My Page".
If the shipping status is marked as "In Packing Process" or "Shipped", cancellation is not possible, so please check in advance.
