DOKODEMO delivers to customers from Japan via international shipping.
You can choose from a variety of shipping methods including Express Mail Service (EMS), Small Packages, and International Parcels.
◆List of Shipping Methods
1) Express Mail Service (EMS)
This is the fastest international mail service with tracking and compensation system.
- Maximum weight: 28,500g
- Tracking: 〇
2) Small Package / AIR
Small packages can be sent more cheaply than EMS and international parcels.
- Maximum weight: 1,700g
- Tracking function: △
3) International Parcel / AIR
The second fastest delivery method after EMS, as it is sent by air.
- Maximum weight: 28,500g

4) International Parcel / Ship Shipping: This is a less expensive shipping method that uses shipments by ship.
- Maximum weight: 28,500g
- Tracking: △
All of the above shipping methods are subject to compensation for any undelivered, lost, or damaged parcels.
◆International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination with Japan Post's regulations.
After adding items to the cart, please proceed to the shipping method selection screen to confirm the shipping charges to be paid.
How to save on shipping costs
- Buy in bulk at one store, as each store charges its own shipping fees.
- Some shipping methods are more expensive for lightweight items, so you can save money by checking the shipping cost for shipping weight around 1,000g.

The estimated delivery date shown in the order information is based on normal delivery.
Delivery may take longer than usual for the following reasons:
