AFTEE Payment Procedures
An invoice will be sent to you via SMS message 1~2 days after the product has been dispatched. Please make your payment at a convenience store or make a bank transfer through an ATM within the payment deadline.
Non-AFTEE Members
Within 14 days of the day after you receive the claim notice.
AFTEE Members
Within 45 days of the day after you receive your billing information.

AFTEE does not provide convenience store pickup service by cash on delivery, so please be sure to enter the delivery address.
◆There is an AFTEE transaction record but nothing in my DOKODEMO Order History.
As DOKODEMO has not received your order, you will not be charged for it.
If you would like to delete your payment history, please contact Customer Support.
◆Please Note:
- If you fail to pay by the payment due date, a late fee of 16% per annum will be charged, so please pay as soon as possible.
- After the payment deadline date, you can still process your payment via SMS message or AFTEE APP, so please pay as soon as possible.
- If you do not receive your AFTEE billing notification or have lost it, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can reissue it.
