■ If There Is a Shortage of Contents or the Wrong Item Is Delivered
We will thoroughly investigate the situation through the mall and will take one of the following actions:
- We will resend the relevant product from the seller.
- Alternatively, we will refund the cost of the relevant product.

■ If the Package Is Lost or Damaged During Transit
In the event that a package is lost or arrives with damaged contents, the damage compensation system established by Japan Post for each shipping method may apply.
You will need to report the shortage or damage of the contents to the local post office, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.
- Please maintain the condition of the package as it was upon arrival and contact customer support first.
- Please note that for International ePacket Light, packages marked as delivered in the tracking information are not eligible for compensation in case they are lost.

■ If the Package Could Not Clear Customs
Custom duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid according to the customs regulations of each country or region.
However, if customs deems the import inadmissible and the package cannot be received, Dokodemo will cover the cost for the first occurrence.
Providing notification or documentation from customs is mandatory, so please ensure you have them ready and contact us.
