Redeeming DOKODEMO Coupons

To redeem or use coupons you need to sign into your DOKODEMO account and "get" / acquire a coupon before ordering.

■ How to use a coupon?

1. On the last confirmation page at the checkout, click on the "Not Redeemed" button. A list of acquired coupons will appear as a pop up.
   *You can also directly enter a coupon code when the redeem coupon pop up appears.
2. Select the coupon you wish to use and click on "Apply". The coupon will then be applied to your order and the discounted amount will then be displayed.

Please Note:

• You will not be able to use a coupon after payment has been completed for the order, so please do not forget.
• DOKODEMO Points are awarded based on the total amount minus any discounts used, such as Coupons.
• If the order is canceled before dispatch, the applied coupon will be automatically returned.
• The discounted amount and other conditions of use vary depending on the Coupon.
• Coupons may become unavailable or change without prior notice.
