Discrepancy Between the Amount Paid

The declared product value and international shipping fee stated on the invoice may differ from the payment amount.
Please be aware that if the shipment is subject to local taxes or duties, the value may be calculated based on the amount stated on the invoice.

Cases that Occur

• In the case of free shipping:
  For orders with free shipping, DOKODEMO bears the actual shipping costs incurred.
  The actual shipping fee incurred will be stated on the invoice.

• When Points are applied:
  DOKODEMO Points can be used to pay in part/full for an order.
  In this case, the shipping label (invoice) will indicate the amount before Points were used.
