I haven’t received an AFTEE payment notification

If you select AFTEE as your payment method, you will receive a payment notification via SMS 1-2 days after your order is shipped. This notification contains all the necessary payment information, so please keep it safe until you have completed your payment.

If you haven't received your payment notification from AFTEE even after receiving your order, or if you accidentally deleted or lost it, please contact customer support via our website inquiry form. We can resend the payment notification via SMS.

◆If you changed your Phone Number

If you changed your registered phone number, you may not be able to receive the payment notifications via SMS.
In this case, please first update your phone number in the AFTEE app and then contact Customer Support.
