AFTEE Payment
AFTEE Payment is a deferred payment service only available in Taiwan. To select this option, you must register Taiwan as the shipping destination. No credit card or pre-registration is required, and anyone can use the service immediately with only SMS verification.
You will receive billing notification by SMS after the product is shipped, and you can pay at convenience stores or ATMs within the specified time.
In addition, if you install the app and register as a member, you'll be able to see your usage at a glance, and you can pay for multiple orders at one time or in batches within 45 days via the app.

◆Payment Process
After your order is shipped or has arrived, you will receive a billing notification via SMS from AFTEE. Please keep this SMS safe until you pay or until your order arrives.
Payment must be made within the following deadlines by the convenient store payment method or by bank transfer.
- Non-AFTEE members: Within 14 days
- AFTEE members: Within 45 days

◆Notes

Shipping Address: We do not accept pick-up at convenience stores, so please make sure to enter an address where you can actually receive the order in Taiwan.

If you use international parcel/surface mail (sea freight): Surface mail orders are transported by sea, so please note that delivery may take some time. AFTEE is a system where you pay after receiving the product, but if the payment deadline (14 or 45 days) is exceeded, a late fee will be charged. Please understand that certain shipping methods may take longer than others and there may be unepected delays from time to time.

If there is no order history shown on DOKODEMO but there is a payment history on AFTEE: If the order has not been confirmed on DOKODEMO, no charge will be processed or requested. The cancellation will be automatically approved on AFTEE after 24 hours. If the cancellation is not reflected, please contact customer support.

If the payment deadline has passed:
・ Late fees may be incurred, so please pay as soon as possible.
・ Even if the deadline has passed, you can still make a payment via SMS message or the AFTEE app.
◆About the provision of personal information
AFTEE service is provided by NP Taiwan, Inc. When using this service, your personal information such as your name and address will be provided to NP Taiwan, Inc.
If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your legal representative before using the service.
