Non-Accepted Delivery Locations
To ensure that your order is delivered to you, there are some destinations that DOKODEMO does not deliver to.
The following destinations are NOT accepted delivery locations:
- P.O. boxes
- Convenience stores
- Open parcel lockers
- Locations where the person to whom the item is addressed cannot receive it directly
Please Note:
- We are unable to offer compensation for lost packages or those discarded due to any issues related to the shipping address.
Please make sure to check the shipping address carefully before placing your order. - Orders cannot be delivered or forwarded to an address in Japan.
