Confirm or Change Shipping Address
You can confirm and change your stored shipping address information from My Page.
Please note you will not be able to change the shipping address to any orders that have already been placed.
Please make sure to enter accurate shipping address information to avoid any shipping problems and ensure you receive your order safely.
*For international mail, lf the address is written in abbreviations, it may be judged to be incomplete by postal services and may result in the package being returned. Therefore please enter your address in full and avoid using any abbreviations or shortened versions. Be sure to include the city, state/province, street number, street name, and apartment/suite/room number, etc. if applicable
About the shipping address language
When registering a shipping address, please use only the following languages:
- English or using the English alphabet (common to all countries)
- Simplified Chinese (China)
- Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)
How to confirm and change the delivery address
- Log in to your My Page and select Address(es) from the menu.
- Check and change the shipping address information.

- Changes to the shipping address you registered will not be reflected in orders that have already been completed.
If you need to make changes, we recommend you cancel the order and place a new order again with the correct address. - If there are any errors in the shipping address, such as a mistake in the address or a mismatch with the shipping country, it may lead to the package being lost or discarded.
In this case, Japan Post and DOKODEMO will not be able to compensate you, so please be sure to check that the registered information is correct before placing your order. - Please note that we do not ship any orders within Japan.
