Purchasing Class 1 Drugs

Orders for Class 1 drugs will be shipped only after the pharmacist has confirmed the product's acceptability for use. Please note that delivery may be delayed beyond the indicated shipping date. In addition, if the pharmacist determines that the product is not usable, the order will be cancelled.

Steps for ordering Class 1 drugs:

1.Order Establishment

2.Pharmacist confirms the questionnaire and makes a judgment
・The pharmacist confirms the customer's questionnaire response and responds with information about the drug.
*If, after confirming the responses, the pharmacist determines that the drug is not suitable for the customer, the order will be canceled. If you wish to purchase something other than this medication, you will need to place a new order. We ask for your understanding beforehand.

3.Declaration of consent
・After confirming that you understand the reply from the pharmacist, please reply with a statement of consent.
・Once the store confirms the statement of consent, the order is finalized.

*We will be able to ship the order as soon as the confirmation is received, so please reply as soon as possible.
