Purchasing Class 1 Drugs

Orders for Class 1 drugs will be shipped only after the pharmacist has confirmed the product's acceptability for use. Please note that delivery may be delayed beyond the indicated shipping date. In addition, if the pharmacist determines that the product is not usable, the order will be cancelled.

Steps for ordering Class 1 drugs:

1. Order
   　Order is not confirmed at this point.
2. Confirmation of usage status, etc., and response
   　Each store will send you questions regarding the use of the drug.
   　Customers are requested to confirm and answer the questions by clicking "Inquiry"
   (My Page > "Inquiry List").
3. Confirmation of information from pharmacist
   The pharmacist will confirm your answer and send you information about the product.
   　*If the pharmacist checks the contents of your response and determines that the product cannot be used, the subject order will be cancelled. Please understand this in advance. In addition, since the order will be canceled, please place a separate order for the other products not covered by the order.
4. Acceptance of contents
   　If the customer confirms and understands the contents from the pharmacist, please reply to us.
   　Once the consent is confirmed, the order will be confirmed.
