When will I receive my order?

The estimated time for delivery will depend on the shipping method, destination region or country. You can check the estimated delivery dates for your order by going to your My Page>Order History> Order Details.

Please note however that this is an estimate and there may be cases where your order is delayed for various reasons such as:

• Customs Clearance Delays
• Other external factors such as extreme weather

• The order has still not been dispatched 3 days after the estimated dispatch date.
• The tracking information has not been updated for more than a week.
• The package appears to be stuck in customs for more than a week.
