The Japanese version of the hand cream is 99% glycerin and is made in France. The Taiwanese version of the hand cream seems to be 90% glycerin (not indicated on the packaging) and is made in Korea. The Korean version feels slightly sticky when applied.

When I saw the word "medicinal", I thought it was great, so I wanted to buy it and try it. Because it contains Vitamin C and E, it makes my skin a little whiter and more delicate, but it's too oily and has a light pink color (photos included).
