This is my second repurchase. I hope the store will stock the PDRN version. The packaging is excellent. I repurchased it because I enjoyed the first bottle so much. I never received the goods. The original package was returned to Japan, and the package tracking information clearly stated that it had reached the Japan Post Office. However, they claim it was destroyed by customs and refuse to cancel the order, demanding payment from the consumer! This is outrageous!

This is the third time I've received the wrong item after making a purchase. The seller hasn't responded or addressed the issue, and communication via email has been very inefficient. There's been no follow-up since then. This online shopping experience is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

The gentlest Vit C serum!!
I have sensitive dry skin, and cannot tolerate a lot of serum. But this.. is such a gem! The serum is packed in a tight container that IT doesn’t oxidise quickly, spreads easily and very gentle on skin. Not to mention, buying straight from Japan thru Dokodemo is the best decision ever! Not only was Dokodemo team very supportive, they also checked if my goods have arrived and as expected. Would definitely recommend ❤️
