I've been buying from this store for a while, but recently I had a terrible experience repurchasing. I ordered SHISEIDO cleansing oil, but the store canceled my order because I bought it at a lower price than advertised. After the cancellation, I checked the product listing and it was still available, but the price had increased by at least NT$300. They should sell at the advertised price; otherwise, it's fraudulent. If they made a mistake in pricing, they should take responsibility for it, or they shouldn't sell it at all.

Not a face wash
This is just a balm cleanser, has little to no foam. You need a water based face wash after using this. It’s not bad, but it’s not easy to wash off. I love the texture tho.
