I ordered 5 bottles based on your company's order form, but when I imported it to Taiwan Customs, I was only allowed to collect 2 bottles. The remaining 3 bottles could not be returned to the sending company (because the shipping company refused to accept them). I had to give up the 3 bottles and they were confiscated. This is because Your company did not clearly inform consumers when ordering, which resulted in losses.
