I hate when cleansers targetted for oily skin leave behind a layer kinda feeling so this one works well for me, removes uneccessary oil and dust but still doesn't make the skin feel dehydrated

This foaming facial cleanser from a Taiwanese store says that it can remove makeup and sunscreen. Indeed, when I first washed it, I felt that the sebum was washed away, but then it was filled with moisturizing ingredients, so after washing it, I didn't feel tight or dry.
