This is a chewable tablet. To prevent motion sickness, chew or dissolve the following dose 30 minutes before boarding or when experiencing motion sickness. If additional doses are required, chew or dissolve the tablet in the mouth. If taking additional doses, take them at least four hours apart. 15 years and older: 2 tablets, up to twice daily 7 to 14 years: 1 tablet, up to twice daily Under 7 years: Do not take. (2) If giving to children, have them take the drug under the supervision of a parent or guardian. (3) How to remove the chewable tablet As shown in the illustration, press firmly with your fingertips on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the chewable tablet to break the aluminum foil on the back, remove the tablet, and take it. (Accidental swallowing of the tablet whole may result in unexpected injury, such as puncture of the esophageal mucosa.)

Per 2 tablets Meclizine hydrochloride: 25 mg - Suppresses excitation of the inner ear and vomiting center, relieving dizziness, nausea, and headaches.
