High blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug: other oral medications for rhinitis, oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussives, expectorants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.), gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare may occur.)
4. Do not use for long periods of time

(5) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medication, etc.
(6) People who have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations due to cold medicines, cough suppressants, expectorants, oral medications for rhinitis, etc.
(7) People with the following symptoms:
High fever, difficulty urinating
(8) People who have been diagnosed with the following:
Glaucoma, kidney disease
(9) People receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
2. If the following symptoms occur after taking this medicine, these may be side effects, so stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert.

-Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the medicine, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion may occur.
- Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Symptoms include sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat.
- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, widespread rash and redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 5 to 6 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert.
