Product Use
1. With the bellows part of this product stretched out, hold it in your mouth with the circle mark on the mouthpiece facing up.
2.Place your tongue to open the throat. (See back of package)
3. Correct your posture, place your hand on your stomach, take a deep breath through your nose for about 2 seconds so that your stomach expands, and pause for about 3 seconds.
4. Exhale slowly (about 10 seconds). (When you exhale, exhale so that your stomach contracts.)
5.Repeat instructions 3-4 for about 5 minutes (20 times).
*The level can be adjusted in 3 levels. When using for the first time, please start from level 1 (3 holes visible). Once you get used to it, reduce it to level 2 or level 3.
