"Donbei Kitsune Udon" for Western Japan is made with the fragrant and colorful "Shichimi"
Donbei's distinctive chewy and smooth udon noodles are elegantly balanced with kelp and bonito stock from Western Japan.
It features a rich, flavorful soup with a lingering taste of dashi.
A cup-type kitsune udon dish with large, plump, juicy fried tofu.
The flavor is further enhanced by the addition of colorful shichimi pepper (separately included), which has a gorgeous aroma and is flavored with Japanese pepper to bring out the flavor of the dashi stock.
