Nissin's tofu skin udon noodles are also available in Taiwan, but they're quite expensive. I bought some to try while shopping for health supplements at DOKODEMO, since I still had some weight to spare. The tofu skin was sweet, and the broth was refreshing, unlike some Taiwanese Cup Noodle that have a strong flavor. The noodles were a little soft because I soaked them in hot water for too long, but they were still delicious Cup Noodle.
