Delicious whole wheat noodles, richly flavored soup
The rich miso soup, with the flavor of pork bones and aromatic vegetables, brings out the deliciousness of the hearty whole wheat noodles.
How to make it
- Bring 500ml of water to a boil in a pot, add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes. (Adjust the boiling time for the noodles to your liking.)
- Put the liquid soup in a bowl first.
- Once the noodles have loosened, add just the hot water from the pot and stir the soup well to dissolve it.
- Finally, add the noodles and mix lightly to finish.
