It does stick to floor but relocatable like post-it notes. Cutting is perfect, edge is not slanted. 4mm is not thick, more like a rug than a carpet. Pet will skid on it when rough playing but much much better than hardwood floor. Liquid does bead on top but don’t think the function will last. Easy to clean.
