The milk powder is good, but the packaging needs to be improved
The first child in my family grew up drinking Morinaga, and now the second child is also going to drink Morinaga. The store's tax-free plus shipping price is reasonable compared to the domestic price, but the packaging needs to be improved. When the package arrived, EMS did not deliver it, but notified that the package was broken and I needed to confirm the collection in person. When I arrived at the scene, the packaging had a big hole in it, and four of the 5 cans of milk powder were deformed, but fortunately there was no leakage. I received the goods because the child was in urgent need of milk powder. Maybe the store does not understand the madness of express delivery. Please work harder on the packaging, such as using air shock-absorbing packaging for the milk powder cans, and wrap the outer packaging boxes with tape, and the weight and cost will not Rising much. This shopping was greatly discounted due to packaging and express delivery. I hope the store will improve in the future. I wish the store's business prospers.
