Q1: When are points awarded?
A1: Earned on the date of grant for orders that have not been cancelled.
Points will be awarded at a different time than regular points.
If you have not received your points after the date they were awarded, please contact customer support.
Q2: How to check points to be redeemed
A2: Redemption points earned can be viewed from My Page > Point History after the date they were awarded.
Please note that points cannot be confirmed on the order confirmation page.
