Q1. Will I still receive points if I cancel?
A1. Points will be awarded for orders that have not been cancelled at the time of product shipment. Please note that points will not be awarded for orders that have been cancelled due to customer or shop reasons. -
Q2. If I cancel and then place an order again, can I still enter the lottery?
A2. Regardless of cancellation, you can only make one appointment per day (Japan time).
