"Iyemon Tokucha" is the first FOSHU that helps to "reduce body fat". It contains the polyphenol "quercetin glycoside", which is found in large amounts in vegetables such as onions and has the function of activating fat-decomposing enzymes.
By extracting fragrant tea leaves* at high temperatures, it has a rich, sweet and fragrant aroma and a moderate bitterness, and while it is a FOSHU, it still has a tea-like flavor. It uses domestic tea leaves carefully selected by tea masters at Fukujuen, a long-established tea store in Kyoto.
