"Hakubaku Mochi Barley" is a type of glutinous barley that has a chewy, popping texture compared to non-glutinous barley. Grains are glutinous and non-glutinous, and "Mochi Barley" is a type of glutinous barley. It has a popping texture. There are two types of dietary fiber: insoluble and soluble, and Mochi Barley contains a good balance of both.
