Box crushed
I like the product itself, and until now I've asked friends who come to travel to get it for me. I bought this as a gift for my friend's wife, but unfortunately the box was badly damaged. It is suspected that the lotion that was purchased at the same time for a family member moved around inside the box and crushed the box of the product in question. I don't know whether the packaging was done by DOKODEMO or the original retailer, but I would like to see improvements such as standing liquid items upright to prevent leakage, or taking into account the weight relationship between items that are likely to be crushed and the other items included in the box and packing them so that they are not in the same layer.
