Shio-koji is a versatile seasoning made only from safe and reliable ingredients, using domestic organic brown rice and traditional sea salt "Umi no Sei".

・Shio-koji pickling of vegetables: Mix shio-koji with chopped or bite-sized vegetables and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours to overnight.
・Koji pickling: Spread a thin layer of about a spoonful of shio-koji on a fillet of fish or meat, wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent air from getting in, and leave it to marinate overnight.
