It is made using 100% yuzu from Tosaaki Agricultural Cooperative, Kochi Prefecture, the number one producer of yuzu in Japan. It can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes, including hot pots and shabu-shabu, as well as seared dishes, salads, boiled vegetables, gyoza, and grilled fish.
