"Oyster Soy Sauce 1000ml" is an oyster soy sauce made with Hiroshima oyster stock.
We have incorporated the delicious flavor of fresh oysters from the Seto Inland Sea using a unique manufacturing method.
The secret flavor of oysters brings out the best in the ingredients. Use it in a variety of dishes.
No genetically modified soybeans are used.
How to eat
● Chawanmushi... 10-12 times
● Soup... 12-15 times
● Use to season stir-fries and as a substitute for soy sauce in Japanese dishes.
Dilute as a dipping sauce for hot tofu.
Use as a soy sauce for pickles.
Pour it as it is on cold tofu.
For wild vegetable udon and oden, simply dilute to your preferred taste.
