Just received the parcel today 23/10/2018, ordered on 14/10/2018. After open the box and plug in the vacuum and it was not functioning well. When press the open power it switch on for second and then turn off. After press few times and it when direct into silent (No function at all).
I do hope this product can be exchange or claim for a new replacement.
