The current "Restaurant Flavor" series was born, taking advantage of the flavors of Japanese ingredients that have supported the health of families.
Based on flavorful red miso, which is characteristic of ryotei flavors, we created a liquid miso that is enhanced with high-quality bonito dashi and kelp dashi.
The bottle shape has been changed to make it easier to hold and pour the contents.
