This dashi pack uses 7 carefully selected domestic ingredients (Yajisan dried bonito flakes and rough flakes, dried sardines from Kumamoto Prefecture, dried mackerel flakes from Yaizu, domestic blackthroat seaperch (Akamutsu), domestic flying fish (Ago), Hokkaido kelp, and log-grown shiitake mushrooms from Higashihiroshima (grown on our own farm)) to make delicious dashi that boasts a rich aroma and flavor. The base of the flavor is already created, so you can easily make delicious dishes.
