When preparing milk, boil the water and use water that is at least 70 degrees Celsius. 5.Pour the required powdered milk into a baby bottle, add about 2/3 of the finished amount with hot water of 70 degrees or higher after boiling, attach the nipple and cover to prevent the milk from splattering, and shake well to dissolve the milk. Boil hot water to the finished amount and add sanitary cooled water. 6. If the milk has been prepared at a temperature of 70 degrees or higher, immediately run it under running water or place it in a container of cold or ice water to cool it down to a temperature at which you can breastfeed (about body temperature). 7. Before giving milk to your baby, be sure to check that the temperature is suitable for breastfeeding (about body temperature) by dropping a small amount of milk on the inside of your arm. 8. Do not feed leftover or pre-prepared milk, prepare one dose at a time and feed your baby promptly.
