*To measure your basal body temperature more accurately, we recommend an actual temperature measurement (approximately 5 minutes).
2.Easy daily management with Bluetooth® communication
Basal thermometer and smartphone can be linked. Measurement data can be recorded in the internal memory (up to 30 items) to the dedicated app "Terumo Taion App".

Both the main unit and the storage case are waterproof and can be washed under running water, so they can be used cleanly.

Product Use
＜Measurement method＞
1.Press the switch to turn on the power (after displaying the previous value, "88.88" will be displayed, indicating that temperature measurement can begin).
2. Place the tip of the thermometer (temperature measuring part) next to the stripe at the center of the bottom of the tongue.
3. Lower your tongue and gently close your mouth.
4. After listening to the buzzer, remove the thermometer from your mouth.
・Predicted temperature measurement
After the temperature measurement starts, a buzzer will sound to notify you that the prediction has been established, so take it out (the "prediction" mark will be lit).
・Actual temperature measurement
After the buzzer notifies you that the prediction has been made, wait until the buzzer sounds about 5 minutes after the temperature measurement starts, then take it out (the ``prediction'' mark is off).
To measure body temperature more precisely, perform an actual temperature measurement.
5.Press the switch to turn off the power (even if you forget to turn off the power, the power will turn off automatically after about 3 minutes).
＜Data communication (output of measured recorded values)＞
1. When performing data communication, perform pairing settings.
To set up pairing, press and hold the switch for about 8 seconds with the thermometer turned off.
2.Data communication is performed after pressing the switch to turn on the power (while the previous value is displayed) or after the temperature measurement is completed.
＜How to replace the battery＞
1. Use a coin, etc. to turn the battery cover and remove it.
2. With the battery compartment of the thermometer facing down, place it lightly on your palm and remove the used battery.
3.Insert new batteries.
4.Insert the battery cover into the main unit and use a coin, etc. to turn the battery cover and tighten.
5.Press the switch to turn on the power and check that the display is correct.
