Heavy sinking minnows can achieve great casting distances due to their weight, but their swimming response is poor and they can only swim with a fast retrieve.
G Control uses a second lip designed in the belly area to generate lift that lifts the body, countering the force trying to sink and dramatically improving response during slow retrieval.
Although it weighs only 28g, it can swim at the same retrieve speed as a 14g sinking minnow, half the weight.
Also, while typical heavy minnows have a wobbling action, the G Control adds a rolling action to the wobbling, creating a more minnow-like action.
