Features of enamel products
Enamel products are made by baking glass onto the surface of iron (enamel steel plate), and have the advantages of both iron and glass while compensating for each other's disadvantages (since the core material is iron, it does not break. The glass film makes it resistant to rust).
Since the core material is iron, it can be heated efficiently not only on gas flames but also on induction cookers.
Since the surface is glassy, it is resistant to odors and stains and is easy to clean.
Since it is resistant to acids and salt, it is also suitable for storing food.
Since it does not generate metal ions, it does not impair the flavor of the food.
Once heated, the glassy surface traps heat, so it has excellent heat retention.
Glass is extremely corrosion-resistant and can maintain its beautiful color forever.
Heat-resistant and can be used in the oven (only for double-handled pots, can be used by removing the lid).
