Features of enamel products
It is made by baking a glassy surface onto the surface of iron (enameled steel plate), and has the advantages of both iron and glass, while at the same time compensating for the disadvantages of each other (because the core material is iron, it will not break. Because of the glass film, it will not break. Not easy to rust)
Since the core material is iron, it can be heated efficiently not only with gas fire but also with IH cooker.
The glass surface prevents odors and dirt from sticking and is easy to clean.
It is resistant to acid and salt, making it suitable for preserving foodstuffs.
No metal ions are generated, so the flavor of the food is not affected.
Once warmed up, the glassy surface traps heat, providing excellent heat retention.
Glass has extremely high corrosion resistance and can maintain its beautiful color for a long time.
Heat resistant and can be used in the oven (only the two-handed pot can be used by removing the lid)
