De Luxe is a brand of skincare products released by Shiseido.
This cosmetic has been on the market since 1932, and is one of the oldest brands of cosmetics currently on the market, along with Papilio cosmetics sold by Pierce. It was said to be "the highest quality among Shiseido 's luxury products," and was very expensive at the time. Production was temporarily suspended due to the wartime system, but sales resumed in 1951. When it was first released, there were five items, including face powder and cream, but lipstick and perfume were soon added to the lineup. Currently, Shiseido Fitit, a subsidiary of Shiseido , sells only basic cosmetics at reasonable prices of 600 to 800 yen. For people who are sensitive to fragrances, they also sell "De Luxe ODORLESS," which is fragrance-free, and is loved by people of all ages, from the elderly to the young.
